Hi, just heard this terrible news so I am pretty shocked.
I was a good friend of Wendell’s growing up and had many good times with him. I lived 3 houses up from him on Schoolhouse Lane and we got into plenty of trouble together.
I spent alot of my time hanging out at the Green’s or at the swim club with Wendell and a few select crazies from the Schoolhouse lane gang during the summer. I still remember his brother driving us to our summer swim meets or spending many hours in his basement building and hand painting World War II models. Way, way too many great memories to pass on right now but I would like to take this time to send my condolences to the Greens and let them know that I am deeply saddened and thinking of Wendell.
Kind regards,
Terry

"T!!! I hope you are well. I'm in Las Vegas now, finishing up my PhD dissertation, and I have to come visit you in LA asap, b/c I have yet to go to the Wendell Bar. I miss you and my entire Standard family. "
